Job summary

Marqeta is looking for a Technical Success Analyst to join our operations team and play a critical role in delivering Marqeta’s card issuing and payments platform to new customers. You’ll lead the technical onboarding of standardized products, support customers through implementation, and become a trusted voice both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical onboarding, or technical support).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations: Own configuration and deployment of standardised products for new customers, interfacing with engineers and leadership.
• Customer Support: Guide customers through integration journeys, especially with APIs.
• Build Product Expertise: Develop knowledge of Marqeta products; create customer slide decks, runbooks, and training content.
