Job summary

Zero Hash is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Tokenize & Core to drive cross-functional software delivery. You will own a product vertical, coordinate Engineering, Product, and stakeholders, and shepherd initiatives from initiation to production rollout.

You’ll organize teams in Jira, manage the delivery calendar, create dashboards, and guide end-to-end delivery using SDLC best practices in a fast-growing fintech environment focused on blockchain infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm.
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity.
• Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → prod roll‑out.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function.
• Help teams with resourcing.
• Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders.
