Job summary

Talensa Partners in London is seeking a lead professional services expert to drive digital assets, tokenisation and smart contract initiatives within capital markets. You will own the digital services offering, coordinate client journeys and work across legal, policy, technology and business teams to implement tokenized solutions.

As a front-of-house SME, you will engage in industry working groups, regulatory forums and sandbox initiatives, shaping practical use of DLT and tokenized assets while

Qualifications

• Experience in DLT, tokenization and smart contract design.
• Understanding of digital assets representation and transfer
• Experience in wholesale financial operations and collateral management
• Ability to collaborate across legal, policy, technology and business teams
• Strong communication to articulate risks and implications to senior stakeholders
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership of working groups
• Experience in regulatory consultation and policy discussions is beneficial

Responsibilities
