Job summary

Engine by Starling is hiring a Technical Programme Manager to lead critical, strategic programmes within a technical and product domain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and delivery partners to deliver complex projects and scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong programme management experience in technology or financial services, a hands-on delivery style, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Project or Programme Management experience in tech/finance.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions with Engineering & Product teams in SaaS.
• Hands-on, adaptable delivery style for fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a technical programme portfolio and coordinate multiple inter-dependent projects.
• Support Software Development Lifecycle with engineering leads; align on plans across teams.
• Manage client needs vs internal capacity; identify risks and realistic delivery timelines.
• Own relationships with external vendors and payment schemes; ensure high-standard service.
• Provide reporting and metrics on delivery progress and plans.
• Continuously monitor processes and drive improvements.
