Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Tokenize & Core, to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from initiation to production. You will bridge Engineering, Product, and stakeholders, owning a product/tech vertical end-to-end in a fast-growing fintech at the edge of blockchain.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in technical project management within fintech or blockchain, with Jira mastery and a track record delivering large, multi-team software programs in Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
• Strong understanding of tokenization platforms and core infrastructure services, including blockchain fundamentals, digital asset lifecycle, smart contracts, wallet and custody solutions, identity and access management, system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies
• Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity
• Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → prod roll-out
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution
• Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function
• Help teams with resourcing
• Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders
