Job summary

Axra is seeking a Growth-focused Product Manager to own onboarding, activation, referral, and retention. You will work with engineering, design, and marketing to use data to identify drop-offs and ship fixes.

You’ll lead weekly releases, define north-star metrics, and run experiments to move them. With 3+ years in growth or consumer product, you’ll thrive in a fintech context, collaborating across multiple countries in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with growth or consumer focus.
• Strong analytical skills; reads funnels and detects anomalies.
• Experienced with A/B testing and interpreting results.
• Clear communicator; writes concise PRDs and leads sprints.
• Empathy for users; understands fintech or sending money problems.

Responsibilities

• Own growth product roadmap from activation to retention and referrals.
• Define north-star metrics; run experiments to move them.
• Collaborate with eng and design to ship, test, and iterate weekly.
• Analyze user behavior and conduct qualitative interviews to uncover blockers.
• Partner with marketing on lifecycle messaging and in-app campaigns.
• Identify new segments/markets and build business cases with localization.
