Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a core FinTech product used across multiple business lines.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical product specifications.
• Run discovery with engineering, risk, and operations teams to prioritise the backlog.
• Present progress and trade-offs to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Define success metrics and track them post-launch, not just at release.
• Coordinate releases across dependent teams so nothing ships in isolation.
