Qualifications

• Minimum several years of product management in Financial Services or regulated industry.
• Experience with payments, lending, or banking infrastructure.
• Track record shipping products in a startup or scale-up where org charts change.
• Strong stakeholder management and decisive communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and writing clear briefs.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical product decisions with legal and risk.
• Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to validate what actually gets built next.
• Write clear specs and acceptance criteria that engineers can pick up without follow-up meetings.
• Track product metrics and use them to argue for or against your ideas.
• Present progress and trade-offs to founders and investors in plain terms.
