Qualifications

• Multiple years managing digital products, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Understanding banking, payments or lending and ability to question engineers and compliance.
• Proven track record shipping product in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong prioritisation instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication as translator between teams.
• Curious mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a core digital banking product, from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Work directly with engineers, designers and compliance colleagues to ship features that actually get used.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions without slowing the team to a crawl.
• Run customer research and use it to challenge your own assumptions, not just confirm them.
• Set metrics that matter, track them honestly, and drop features that aren't earning their place.
• Present progress and trade-offs to leadership in plain language, no jargon.
