Job summary

Hyperlayer is building a Client Implementation function in London. We are hiring two Client Implementation Managers to own the post-sale technical delivery end-to-end—from contract signing through integration, UAT, go-live and steady-state BAU.

You will be the technically credible face of Hyperlayer's delivery to Tier 1 financial institutions, leading discussions, challenging engineering plans, and collaborating with senior client architects and operations leads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex, technical, client-facing delivery programmes in payments, banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS integrations.
• Proven track record of delivery to Tier 1 financial institutions or major regulated clients.
• Comfortable reading and interrogating API specs, understanding integration patterns, and challenging plans constructively.
• Experience with cloud environments and containerised services in production payments contexts.
• Active use of AI tools for documentation, risk synthesis, or client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to go-live and BAU.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Tier 1 institutions, translating requirements into deliverables.
• Lead technical discovery, integration planning, and API integration discussions with client teams.
• Coordinate releases with internal Tech Delivery and Engineering to ensure client readiness.
