Job summary

Mastercard in the UK & Ireland Fintech and Digital Partners team seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new partner revenue. You will work across multiple verticals, build strategic relationships with fintechs and digital partners, and develop opportunities across Mastercard products and services.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline with cross‑functional teams, deliver compelling business cases, and network with industry players.

Qualifications

Strong sales track record in fintech and digital partnerships.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships.
Experience creating business cases and financial models for opportunities.
Knowledge of UK & Ireland fintech ecosystem and networks.
Excellent communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage UK & Ireland Fintech & Digital Partners strategy.
Identify opportunities across Mastercard products and services.
Prospect for new Fintech and Digital Partners via various channels.
Manage cross-functional pipeline with Product, Customer Solutions Centre and Account teams.
Build and maintain a comprehensive external partner network.
Lead new business conversations and support contract processes.
