Mastercard is seeking a Digital Partners and Fintech Business Development Manager (FTC) to lead BD across fintech and digital partnerships in the UK&I market. The role sits in a fast-growing team responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with fintechs and government bodies, and expanding Mastercard product opportunities.

The role requires robust sales execution, strategic networking, and the ability to develop financial models and business cases to support new opportunities.

Formación

• Experience executing and managing business development strategies.
• Experience in building and managing strong customer relationships.
• Track record in achieving challenging sales targets.
• Experience of building customer relationships through sales and prospecting activity.
• Demonstrated success introducing existing and emerging solutions in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Experience of the UK and Ireland Fintech ecosystem.
• Comfortable working with c-suite clients.
• Participated in cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Mastercard’s business principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop UK & Ireland Fintech and Digital Partners BD strategy.
• Maintain robust sales pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Prospect new Fintech and Digital Partners via cold outreach.
• Collaborate with Mastercard product, security, data teams.
• Manage BD pipeline and customer portfolio.
• Build external Fintech and Digital Partners network.
• Prepare for new business conversations with decision makers.
• Analyze prospects’ propositions to identify Mastercard opportunities.
• Develop financial models and business cases.
• Support deal process and contract execution.
• Maintain Salesforce with up-to-date information.
