You will prospect locally, manage a territory, close merchants, and receive ongoing coaching while growing a portfolio that pays on a monthly recurring basis. Successful partners can achieve six-figure income with consistent effort.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Hunter mindset with proactive outreach and cold approach.
• Financial resilience to bridge initial pipeline-building phase.
• Self-directed with minimal need for daily supervision.
• Commercial awareness of recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs daily through in-person visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analyzing merchant payment setups and presenting SumUp ecosystem as the optimal long-term solution.
• Own your territory and manage your pipeline, CRM, and onboarding processes.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and convert 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Establish yourself as the local payments expert in the SME community.
