Job summary

myPOS is expanding its UK team and seeks a Direct Sales Executive to drive new revenue by selling our payments solutions over the phone to prospects and existing customers in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment.

You will manage high-volume calls, qualify opportunities, present suitable packages, close deals, and maintain relationships requiring a professional, customer-focused approach on every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business by high‑volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, running discovery conversations, presenting solutions, and closing deals over the phone.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships by maintaining your own pipeline and scheduling follow‑ups and proposals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within accounts by reviewing performance and positioning upgrades.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activity to support forecasting and performance tracking.
