Job summary

Mondrian Delta Limited in London is seeking a FinTech & Digital Assets Equity Analyst to join a newly established investment team. This role focuses on a directional long/short equity strategy, requiring deep financial modelling, rigorous research, and the ability to develop differentiated investment views.

You will work with experienced investors and benefit from cross-team collaboration with Macro, Quant and Data groups.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years buy-side or relevant sell-side equity research experience.
• Strong knowledge of FinTech, Payments, Financial Infrastructure, Exchanges or Digital Assets ecosystem.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• A demonstrable passion for investing and public markets.
• The ability to develop differentiated, fundamental investment views.
• Prior long/short hedge fund experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research across the global FinTech and Digital Assets ecosystem.
• Generate high-conviction long and short investment ideas.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and industry frameworks.
• Meet regularly with company management teams, industry participants and expert networks.
• Collaborate with Macro, Quant and Data teams to enhance idea generation and portfolio construction.
• Contribute directly to portfolio performance within a highly collaborative investment environment.
