• Experience dealing with vulnerable customers.
• Call centre experience.

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers with a wide range of queries & payment plan support.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels and manage relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Listen carefully, discuss sensitive issues, manage expectations, and provide positive outcomes wherever possible.
