Job summary

Propel Holdings UK is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design, develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and declarative tools. Working under the Lead Developer, you will translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented code in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce object model, security, and governor limits.
• Experience building automations with Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and external systems.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD practices in Salesforce projects.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and writing clear tests and docs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with good test coverage.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with QA, UAT and delivery teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator/BA and Lead Developer on requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and address technical debt over time.
