Job summary

Griffin is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a book of customers, work with implementation and product teams, and drive retention and revenue growth. You will become a product expert, resolve challenges, and build trusted relationships to deliver measurable value and scale our customer success function.

The role emphasizes remote-first, flexible work across the UK, with a strong focus on writing, process improvement, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in B2B customer success or account management.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Strong ownership and accountability with demonstrated retention and expansion success.
• Strong relationship-building skills across external and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort adopting new software tools for drafting, collaboration and communication.
• Love of writing with clear, readable communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of customers and ensure delight, retention and growth.
• Develop product expertise to support and advocate for customers.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and drive value.
• Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth onboarding and faster value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage AI to enhance the customer experience.
