Responsibilities

• Answer borrower inquiries via email or phone.
• Request information from borrowers via email or telephone.
• Update Salesforce CRM with loan application data.
• Develop relationships with 3rd party suppliers and FC internal departments.
• Support Direct business reporting with accurate information.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues in day-to-day activities.
