Propel Holdings UK is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions under the Lead Developer. You will translate business requirements into scalable code in a regulated fintech environment.

You will work with Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP, implement CI/CD with GitHub and Gearset, and collaborate with QA, Admin and analysts to ensure quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Solid proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative development tools.
• Experience building Salesforce automations including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with REST or SOAP API integrations and external system connections.
• Experience with source control tools, preferably GitHub, and CI/CD concepts.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams and participating in stand-ups and sprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to testable, well-documented code.
• Good communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, or actively pursuing it.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC, following Lead Developer guidance.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code with good test coverage.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployments using GitHub and Gearset, respecting release procedures.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator/BA and Lead Developer to understand requirements and propose practical technical approaches.
• Contribute to codebase improvements, flag technical debt, and enhance maintainability and performance.
• Support QA and UAT by working with the quality assurance team to resolve defects ahead of release.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge resources.
