Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Product Manager to join the product team, covering post-booking areas including payments, collections, credit limits, spend, and the mobile app. You’ll run experiments, work with risk/data science, and prototype ideas with customers before building the proper one.

The role emphasizes learning fast, owning end-to-end initiatives, and collaborating with a London–Europe team plus Arlington, VA on projects affecting the US Cards product.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations, with some time spent working closely to product or execution teams to deliver value.
• You ask a lot of questions and you’re not satisfied until you understand why something is happening.
• You enjoy forming a hypothesis and finding the quickest way to test it, even if the first version is rough.
• You're comfortable with data: you can write SQL or Python and answer your own questions.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and payments.
• Work with risk and data science on applying models to new use cases.
• Develop fast, low-cost tests using AI before committing engineering time.
• Gather customer feedback to obtain unbiased reads.
• Build AI-driven tools and automations to save time for teams.
