Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a busy residential development in Sussex on a freelance basis, with potential for a permanent position.

You will support the Site Manager from 1st fix to handover, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance and quality, and drive snagging to completion on each plot.

This long-term contract offers a day rate of £230–£260 and the opportunity to work with a respected PLC on a strong pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid.

The Finishing Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
