Job summary

Kenna Recruitment is seeking a Finishing Manager for a leading UK main contractor on a high-rise student accommodation project in Birmingham. The 880-unit scheme is due to complete in around a year and the role is on a contract basis, with potential for permanent opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold an in-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work and have demonstrable finishing management experience on high-rise residential or student accommodation schemes.

• SMSTS qualification is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing trades on a high-rise residential/student accommodation scheme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage snagging and handover processes.

My client is one of the leading main contractors that operate across the UK and they are now looking for a Finishing Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis, for the right person this can lead to a permanent opportunity.

They are now seeking a Finishing Manager to work on a high rise student accommodation in Birmingham. This is a 880 unit scheme which is due to be completed in around a years time. The ideal candidate must have a in date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work and have experience working as a Finishing Manager on high rise residential schemes or student accommodation schemes.
