Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Finishing Manager for a busy housebuilding site to help the team achieve year-end completions. You will coordinate finishing trades, compile snagging lists and ensure plots are handed over on schedule to the required standard.

The role is mainly off the tools, but you must be willing to undertake minor remedial works and maintain a safe, tidy site environment to support progress and quality on every plot.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finishing Manager or similar in housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, snagging and plot handovers.
• Excellent organisation and communication, ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to undertake minor remedial works when required.

The role will primarily involve coordinating finishing trades, compiling snagging lists and ensuring plots are completed to the required standard and handed over on schedule. Although the position will be predominantly off the tools, the successful candidate must be willing to get hands‑on and undertake minor remedial works where required to keep completions on track.
