Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Finishing Manager to join a busy housebuilding site. The role focuses on coordinating finishing trades, compiling snagging lists, and ensuring plots are completed to the required standard and handed over on schedule.

The role is predominantly off the tools, but the candidate must be willing to undertake minor remedial works to keep completions on track and support the site team in meeting year-end targets.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating finishing trades on site.
• Experience with snagging and plotting handovers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Compile and manage snagging lists across plots nearing completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades to finish outstanding works promptly.
• Monitor finished plots to ensure they meet required standards.
• Assist site team in achieving year-end completion targets and handover deadlines.
• Carry out minor remedial works to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised working environment.
