Overview

Our client is a local developer specializing predominantly in high-end residential new builds. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking an accomplished Finishing Foreman to join them on a luxury housing development in The New Forest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate finishing works on the construction site
• Raise snag lists and ensure timely resolution
• Liaise with site teams to achieve project completion
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Multi-skilled tradesperson, with own tools
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Own transport
