Soho House & Co. is seeking a waiter to deliver refined, personalised service to our members and guests.

You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding the club’s standards of professionalism and discretion. With 2–3 years in a similar high‑end setting, you will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, anticipate guests’ needs, and present recommendations confidently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high‑end dining environment.
• Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings with calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage guests from seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and wine/food pairings.
• Maintain pristine service with timely table upsizing and top‑ups.
• Ensure a clean environment by setting and resetting tables.
• Handle member requests with flexibility to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments via card, Soho House app, or House Pay.
• Maintain discretion, especially for VIPs and PWKs.
• Participate in briefings, tastings, and team activities.
