Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience while upholding the Club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

Your main duties include warmly greeting members, taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments. With 2–3 years in a similar high-end environment, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting and provide superb guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Calm under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer‑focused.
• Flexible shifts; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus, engage upon seating.
• Take accurate orders, accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend menu items and pairings.
• Maintain table service and cleanliness.
