Fine Dining Junior Sous Chef – London
  • Location: London- Near Chancery Lane Station
  • Salary: £17.37ph
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Contract: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our fine dining team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef looking to excel in a professional and prestigious culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and present fine dining dishes with precision and creativity.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage food costs effectively.
