Job summary

Paris House, a modern 3 Rosette, Michelin-recommended fine dining restaurant on the Woburn Estate, seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join the friendly, professional team. You will run a section, ensure flawless dish execution and presentation, and contribute to menu development with a collaborative spirit.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality restaurants, preferably fine dining, a passion for top-tier service, and a desire to progress in a premier establishment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in quality restaurants, ideally with some fine dining experience.
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn.
• Keen to progress your career in a quality restaurant environment.
• A team player with exceptional work ethic, drive and motivation.
• Due to our rural location your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run a section and ensure the effective execution of all dishes with consistent presentation.
• Maintain customer happiness through high standards of service and dish quality.
• Develop and mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.

Skills

Experience in quality restaurants

Fine dining experience (ideally)
