Job summary

Corinthia London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Kerridge’s Bar & Grill to support daily operations and maintain exceptional service in a 5-star setting.

You will supervise front-of-house teams, liaise with the kitchen, and help manage guest relations while upholding high standards of hospitality, food quality, and efficiency. A background in fine dining and relevant hospitality qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine-dining environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, guest relations, and restaurant procedures.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and financial tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety and COSHH regulations.
• Formal hospitality qualifications are desirable.
• Food Safety Certification (Level 2+) is advantageous.
• Wine knowledge is desirable for beverage service.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with Restaurant Management.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and high standards of hospitality and food quality.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and liaise with kitchen team.
• Manage guest relations, resolve issues and support restaurant success.
• Contribute to training and development plans for staff.
