You will manage hygiene, kitchen maintenance, and cost control while shaping menus in partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage.

The role requires strong leadership, recruitment and team development skills, plus extensive knowledge of international cuisines and high-profile guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality experience at executive chef level.
• Ability to partner with high-profile chefs and brands.
