Collections & Recoveries Consultant - Wolverhampton

£26,000 + 12.5% bonus

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Our client based in Wolverhampton is looking for an additional member to join their team.

Ideally, the successful applicant for this Collections Consultant role will have previous experience in a collections role within the financial industry.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Respond to all enquiries
2. Collecting payments
3. Assess borrowers' circumstances
4. Dealing with telephone queries
