Customer Support Advisor

Location: Droitwich Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours/week)

Contract: Temporary ongoing – Maternity cover

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and social media. If you're a strong communicator who thrives on making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  1. Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms
  2. Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving mindset
  3. Assist with admin tasks, cancellations, and retention support
  4. Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
  5. Help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we’re looking for:

  1. Confident and friendly phone manner
  2. Quick thinker with a solution-focused attitude
  3. Minimum 6 months' customer service or call centre experience
  4. Willingness to learn and grow
