Location: Rugby/Hybrid working.
Salary: £28,719 per annum + 6% shift premium after 1st month of training ( £144/ month) – based on both French and Spanish speaking.
After your training and probation period, this will be a hybrid role, usually, training takes up to 4 weeks.
Shift rotation every 4 weeks:
Week 1: 07:00 – 15:30
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30
Week 3: 06:00 – 14:30
Week 4: 14:30 – 23:00

Who are you?
About the role:
As a multi-lingual coordinator, your language skills will help support customers dealing with international breakdowns. No matter where the vehicle is located in Europe, you'll take ownership of the situation, giving our customers peace of mind.
Clear, effective communication is crucial. You’ll stay in regular contact with the dealer handling the repair, keeping the customer informed every step of the way. With your creative problem-solving abilities, you’ll ensure the customer feels fully supported—even when the unexpected happens.
