Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Complaints Handling, Contact Centres or Administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Ability to successfully pass a DBS and Credit Check.
• Available to start in November.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
