Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Complaints Handling, Contact Centres or Administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
• DBS and Credit Check clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
• Manage customer and investor correspondence.
• Prioritise and investigate customer queries.
