Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support the Team Leader in day-to-day operations and to deliver high-quality statutory reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will oversee junior colleagues, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and SORP requirements while driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff toward ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications and contribute to a high-performance team culture, delivering services with accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Experience preparing full statutory accounts in a professional services environment.
• Experience with IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS 102/101) and Charity SORP.
• Experience consolidating for large international groups and handling group reconstructions.
• Ability to advise on acquisition/disposals and maintain high client service levels.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality statutory financial reporting and disclosures under IFRS/UK GAAP.
• Support audit teams with client queries and finalising statutory statements.
• Coordinate with firm departments to meet client requirements and service standards.
• Act as key client contact to identify judgement areas in financial statements.
• Maintain CPD and apply regulator updates to standards.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting advice and support to clients.
