FRP is seeking a bright, qualified Manager to join its Financial Reporting team in London. You will own preparation of financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP, lead a small team, and manage multiple client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in preparing complex financial statements under IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Proven ability to research technical accounting topics and apply to client contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Leadership experience coaching juniors and managing a team.
• Proactive team player and able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements under IFRS and FRS 101/102.
• Perform IFRS conversions.
• Prepare FPPP memos and implement related controls.
• Prepare and review group management reporting.
• Account for mergers, acquisitions, and reverse takeovers.
• Perform valuations for debt and equity instruments.
• Draft technical accounting memos on convertible notes, impairments, leases, and revenue.
• Prepare Excel-based forecast models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Act as primary client contact and manage day-to-day communications.
• Coach junior team members and supervise workflow.
• Liaise with auditors/advisors to meet milestones.
• Develop network to grow business development capabilities.
