  • Our customers need their money to be well managed, and in Financial Planning, we provide the right information to help our customers make good decisions about protecting what matters most to them.
  • You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend at least two or three days a week working from the office.

What you'll do

In this client-focused role, you'll ensure that our clients' financial needs are met and that they receive outstanding service as you provide thorough and comprehensive advice on our regulated private banking products and services. You'll be valued for your expertise on these, using it to upskill advisers to ensure they deliver a great client experience and maximize the effectiveness of our regulated private banking client proposition.

Your role will also involve:

  • Building effective relationships with private banking stakeholders to promote our core products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining product documents, including sales guides, aide memoirs, and user manuals, and delivering training to coverage teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance to coverage teams regarding regulated private banking products, particularly with larger and more complex deals.
  • Providing end-to-end transaction support that balances the needs of our clients, commercial aspirations, and broader stakeholder demands, including analyzing large and complex transactions.

Additionally, you'll demonstrate:
