Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role works closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results for effective decision-making. It involves analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance team providing analysis to enable effective business decisions.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measure & report on progress (cash, P&L, balance sheet).
• Prepare historic analysis by project (month-end results, KPIs, compare actuals to forecasts/budgets).
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
