Job summary

Atomos Wealth is seeking a proactive Client Administrator to support Financial Planners and their clients from our London office. You will manage admin processes underpinning professional financial advice, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient service throughout the client journey.

You will help advisers stay focused on relationships and advice delivery, completing post-meeting actions and maintaining audit-ready records in Xplan. This role offers growth and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
• Comfortable working with modern technology, cloud-based systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports and required documentation, proactively monitoring progress and escalating outstanding cases where required.
• Maintain client records within Xplan, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Keep client files organised, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
• Support Financial Planners with annual review scheduling, meeting preparation, client segmentation activities, and service delivery requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and Financial Planners, ensuring all post-meeting actions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
