Titan Wealth is expanding its advisory team in the UK. The Senior Client Support Administrator will back Financial Advisers with compliant, efficient client servicing and support throughout the advice process, from enquiry to ongoing servicing.

Strong regulatory knowledge and client-focused delivery are essential for success. The role requires collaboration with advisers, paraplanners and operations, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity and continuous improvement within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting an Adviser.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Methodical and well organised approach.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard software.
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Customer focused with service excellence mindset.
• Collaborative team player driving outcomes.
• GCSE Maths and English grade 5 or above (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers.
• Manage complex client cases and oversee new business submissions.
• Support ongoing client reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce client valuations and corresponding reports using IO templates.
• Prepare client letters and respond to phone/email enquiries promptly.
