Position: FP&A Manager
We have a fabulous opportunity for an FP&A Manager to join a global technology business based in London (hybrid working). Excellent business partnering skills are essential, along with a strong background in financial planning and analysis within an international or EMEA context. This role offers an immediate start, a competitive day rate, hybrid working, and the potential for a permanent contract with excellent career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver quarterly forecasts, providing insights into business risks and opportunities.
- Manage and deliver the Annual Operating Plan in line with the global timetable.
- Report monthly financial and operational performance against targets with variance analysis.
- Support development and maintenance of planning and analysis capabilities, providing leadership with analytical reports and tools.
- Review actuals reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.
- Develop strategic planning models for decision-making support.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, offering financial and commercial support.
- Leverage Excel to analyze data from multiple sources.
- Drive process improvements across finance and the organization.
- Provide expertise in pricing, investment appraisal, profitability, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience with financial systems, including creating reports in FPA tools like Oracle and Hyperion preferred.
- Proven experience working closely with finance and non-finance teams at senior levels.
- Experience in business partnership and commercial analysis within large organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen.
