Qualifications

• A qualified solicitor with between 0-4 PQE will be considered.
• Experience handling professional indemnity claims is highly desirable.
• Strong client handling and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defence of professional indemnity claims in the financial professionals line of business.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and manage a caseload with supervision.
• Liaise with insurers, experts and counsel; draft statements and conduct disclosures as required.
• Support Partners on larger matters and contribute to business development and training.
