Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with clients to provide advice and support.
• Handle a mixed workload of professional negligence claims for a variety of professionals.
• Conduct pre-action and litigated matters and support partners and junior fee earners.
• Direct engagement with experts and counsel and supervise team members.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
