Scottish Power is seeking a Performance & Improvement Analyst to join our HR team on a 12-month initial contract based in Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering process improvements, data analysis and performance metrics to support staff and business units.

Based in Glasgow with hybrid working (3 days in the office), you will partner with stakeholders across HR to identify efficiency gains, implement changes and monitor outcomes.
