Job summary

ScottishPower in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support IT change projects within the Customer business. The role involves capturing business requirements and guiding testing and implementation, with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related discipline.
• Experience with technical or systems projects and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and ability to document requirements clearly.
