Are you an experienced Financial Institutions Underwriter or Broker looking for a new challenge and inspired by working for a company that truly champions innovation?

CFC's Financial Institutions practice is made up of a fantastic team of experts with over 60 years experience from both the Lloyd's and Company markets. We're now searching for a specialist FI professional to relish the challenge of developing profitable business focusing on our core territories.
We are a truly collaborative team, so not only will you be involved in all aspects of underwriting from new business and renewal underwriting and business development, you'll be actively encouraged to spend time learning about product updates and even to bring forward your own ideas about product development in this space!

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage enquiries from brokers in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively develop and seek out new business via brokers and clients
• Identify and research ongoing opportunities to develop our FI offering, including assisting our products team in the development of new products
• Meet and deliver to agreed performance standards and new business and renewal targets

Skills & Experience

This is an experienced-hire role, so we're looking specifically for professionals with Financial Institutions experience, either in Broking or Underwriting.

We expect the successful candidate to be highly articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive working knowledge of investment management insurance and banks underwriting segments.
