Job summary

Barclays UK in Glasgow is seeking a PBWM Financial Crime Risk QA to strengthen governance, oversight and quality assurance across Financial Crime processes. You will review the effectiveness of existing controls, support policy adherence and drive continuous improvement to protect customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Crime environment including CDD and lifecycle standards.
• Quality assurance, testing or oversight experience with policy adherence.
• Ability to use data insights to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess the integrity of internal controls within Financial Crime governance.
• Review adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify themes and opportunities for improvement through data insights.
• Communicate feedback to stakeholders to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Develop procedures and ways of working to keep processes compliant and fit for purpose.
